INQ are the global handset manufacturing arm of Hutchison Whampoa . INQ Mobile was formed to create innovative yet affordable devices.
The project was to take the traditional user guide and deliver it through a web site to consumers in INQ’s typical bold and simple fashion. The web site design was put together by the creative geniuses at Duttons.
The web site consists of flash animations, interactive 3D models, and full search. It is also delivered in English and Italian with the facility to add any number of translations from the online content management system.
A second phase added a mobile phone version of the website user guide. Running from the same online content but optimised for mobile browsing, users can access all of the support material on the run from the wap styled web site.
